I had only the hope that my army's artillery would be up to the task of paving ground with my enemy's insides.

I've wanted to field an army like this for some time and I finally have the man (model?) power to make it happen. My brother-in-law was up my way to see a dentist and he came by afterwards for a riveting game of beat each other up. He brought his 'nids and I fielded a bunch of men. Good times.

How I feel about getting to use this army for once!

Battle Report: IG versus SW 2.5k

I finally go in a game with my brother in law and he busted out his beloved Space Pups. I decided to give my knights a break (more news on them soon) and took a pure IG army in my classic sense. I was really looking forward to this army and seeing how my traditional build of tanks, tanks, tanks could do. I was admittedly hesitant after hearing so much about how he is tearing apart all of his friends in games. I would just have to see if relying on firepower would be enough to see me through...

I played two games versus my brother in law yesterday and we both were trying out new things and seeing how they went in our respective first games in 7th Edition. We both used the same lists in both games.

RTT Game 3 - Tanks vs...Where is everybody?

Game 3 time. I'm scheduled to go up against a player I've played a couple of times. Tabled him at the last tournament in round one and both of us are playing similarish lists (parsed down from 2500 points.)

RTT Game 2 - Tanksgiving Mk. 1 vs. Draigo

So, game 2 and this time I'm facing off against Grey Knights...evil Grey Knights. No, serioudly. Look at their second in command!

Clearly they noble Grey Knights have been corrupted by the influence of Nurgle and must be cleansed for the greater good of the Imperium. Game on.

RTT Game 1 - Tanksgiving Mk. I vs. Kharn

Well, I suppose its finally time for me to get some battle reports made up. Thanks to those who've been patient, all six or so that read this :)

I was actually a bit intimidated by this opponent at first because this was the sight that greeted me when I arrived at the tournament.

Double Helldrakes...yay.

Despite the fear factor these models carry I didn't let it get to me. I'm AV14 guy after all.
